Very Good Stay - Could have Been Better

Like the layout and especially the backyard with plenty of chairs around the pool. Liked the sand volleyball court. A few things should to be fixed. Two TV's were not working (pool table room and 4th bedroom/laundry room) ... could be dead remotes. Headboard not attached to one of single beds made unusable. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy. Dishwasher didn't work very well and not anchored within cabinet. Handle for rain shower in main bedroom bathroom so loose it barely worked. Bed in main bedroom unacceptable. Need to replace box springs. If you move just an inch, the bed makes a crunching noise so load it wakes you up. I encourage the home owner to check and replace. Had same issue in another bedroom. I son said he work up constantly and he sleeps like a rock. Multiple power outlets are also dead. We wonder if these are things that the cleaning crew has just not alerted the home owner about. The asking price is for a home that shouldn't have these minor issues and if fixed up would make the stay in this home from ok to great.

Excellent stay in a central area

Wonderful location with ample clean space. This home was perfect for our short stay in Phoenix. The home was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It's close to desert ridge and the kierland commons area, both of which have a lot of things to do. We would stay here again.

AZ vacation

Beautifully home and location. Just a few things to fix and all survey questions would have been marked "excellent" and those are; diving board is an accident waiting. The bolts are all loose and rusty. The volleyball net was all torn and weathered, side of house was trashy looking and needs tidied up and rid of junk. Other than that, this is a place I would stay again.

Great house in a central location

We loved this house and everything it has to offer. It’s pretty close to desert ridge and Scottsdale quarter which are really nice shopping areas. The house was clean and well organized. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Great communication too.
