We are both originally from California but met traveling/living in Germany. We don't travel as much as we used to, so we love to host and live vicariously through our guests! We love to work in the garden and on the house.

Why Owner chose Cliff/Cannon
We chose this home because we love old homes. It was built in 1910. It has beautiful character that cannot be found in new homes. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk through in that all the houses are craftsman style and each unique and beautiful.
What makes this Apartment unique
We think this space is special because it feels like we live in the woods but we are conveniently within walking distance to many things. This house and property gives us the best of both worlds.

Did not stay.
The steps down to the property were not safe for my partner. The steps were uneven, too high, and there was no railing for support. We could not stay at this property.
Easy access to 90.
We were over to do some wedding dress shopping. The place was perfect. Very honey. Easy to get to and from the freeway. We loved Huckleberry's! My questions were answered promptly. Would recommend.
Clean, polite host, lovely neighborhood
We were on our way home from Yellowstone and this tidy unit, with (quiet) chickens in the back yard, was perfect for an overnight stay. We stretched our legs with a stroll through a lovely neighborhood of vintage bungalows to nearby Cannon Hill Park and had pizza and a beer at Bennidito's on the way back.
Perfect, central location for business trip
Lindsey was super easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze. I was greeted with a fantastically clean, tranquil, cozy, and wonderful sanctuary to refresh for my long conference days. If I find myself in the area again, I would definitely look forward to another pleasant stay*
Cute, Comfortable and Great Communication!
This is such a cute place to stay with so many well thought out amenities. There is a large tv in the living room, an actual stove in the kitchen and there was coffee, tea and cookies to welcome us. The bed is large and comfortable and Lindsey was quick to respond to all my questions. I ended up leaving my pillow and she made it very easy to retrieve it. They have a really informative binder that has excellent suggestions for places to eat and things to do.
Although this lovely space is attached to their home, it is a totally private space with an entrance around back. The entrance is along the side of the home so it isn't exactly handicap accessible but can still be accessed if you use a cane instead of a walker or wheelchair.
The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with toothpaste, toothbrush and other toiletries. One thing to note is the shower is a bit of a challenge for a tall person. My husband is 6' and was too tall but managed to get in a quick shower anyway. The towels and linens are so fresh! I appreciate cleanliness so much and extra care was taken to ensure everything was clean, fresh and welcoming. Thank you so much for the lovely stay,
Charming, comfortable apartment!
We came to Spokane to visit our son at Gonzaga U. This place exceeded our expectations. It was roomy, bright and quiet-with plenty of space for 3 of us. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. The bed and futon were very comfortable, and the linens all high end. It was clear to us that the owners put a lot of time and thought into this rental. It also was fun to watch the chickens in the coop out back! I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Spokane.
