* Our open, bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a beachy vibe offers 1,309 square feet of comfort, privacy, key-less entry, and, convenience to Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. We are located 10 to 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach, 20-25 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 25 minutes from the Tampa airport and close to many attractions and entertainment venues.

* Our home is situated only 1.5 miles to Gulf Blvd and the Indian Rocks Beaches, where many restaurants and shops - not to mention the beautiful sandy shores of the Gulf Coast - are eager for your visit! An additional bonus is the free beach access parking spots along Gulf Blvd that allow you to park just feet from the beautiful Gulf Beaches.

* We offer 2 bedrooms: a king-sized bed in the Master bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, 2 recently remodeled bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances (Dec. 2021), updated living room rug and furniture, a washer & dryer, large fenced-in back yard with a gas grill, patio furniture under a tent on a new paved patio and so much more!

Winter in largo

Bed n furniture comfortable for a rental. Owner easy to reach when there was aproblem with washing machine.Backyard as nice n peacefull. Close to beach ,nice parks n shopping

Great stay

Moving

We needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while we waited for our place to be ready. The house was charming and in a great location for the beach. The wildlife that played in the backyard was very entertaining for our cats.

Comfortable home.

We had a great experience. Communication was good. The location was better than expected. Usually, when we come to Indian Rocks we stay right on the beach. This time we wanted to bring our dog so we wanted a home with a fenced in yard. Even though we were not on the beach we were definitely close enough to spend almost everyday on the beach. It's an older home, so expect some older home quarks, but nothing enough to ruin a great trip!

We were introduced to the Indian Rocks Beach area several years ago and we love the area for all of the attractions it offers. We're close to so many things and a day trip is always a fun way to scope out other areas along the Gulf Coast.
