(1) LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION: Downtown almost everything within walking distance. 1 1/2 blocks from Tourist Main Plaza - 3 1/2 Blocks from the sea (2) It had the setting to convert it into our actual JAGUAR CONDOS COZUMEL project which is 5 Condos under the same roof. (3) ONE FLOOR - No stairs or steps - Handicap Friendly (4) EXCELLENT PATIO already with Pools & Mature Tropical Gardens and Trees OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: DOOR MEASUREMENTS (Width): Entrance: 33" - Bedroom: 31 (1/2)" - Bathroom: 29". ROOM CLEANING: On rentals of less than 15 Days - Is every 4th day except Sundays and Holidays. 3 Towels per guest are provided.On rentals of more than 15 Days - Is once a week. 5 Towels per guest are provided. Towels and Linens are changed on cleaning day. COMMON SHARED AREAS are to be used following the "first-come-first-serve-rule". WHAT MAKE US UNIQUE: (1) LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION: Downtown almost everything within walking distance. 1 1/2 blocks from Tourist Main Plaza - 3 1/2 Blocks from the sea (2) 2017-REMODELED HOUSE with 5 Modern Condos under one roof (3) ONE FLOOR - No stairs or steps - Handicap Friendly (4) EXCELLENT COMMON AREAS: Outdoor Terrace with Kitchen, Sofas, Pools Sunbath area, Mature Tropical Gardens and Trees. (5) PARKING: 3 GATED free spots where parking is a comodity (6) Outdoor Kitchen has Dishes and silverware, Cooking Basics (Pots & Pans, Oil, Salt and Pepper), Stove with Oven (7) My family uses one of the Condos at the property but we give our guests their space and are available everyday in working hours through email which we check constantly during your stay. When we are out of town, our property manager and/or employees may stay or show up to do their daily chores and keep the property in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

What a lovely residence! Nestor, the owner who will shortly be residing in one of the five units, could not have been more accommodating and open to suggestions! Eg: the bar stools in the outdoors kitchen/dining area were not conducive to comfortable sit-down dining, esp. for children. Jose and Nestor immediately arranged for table and chair sets to be installed in the outdoors dining area!
The entire property is in pristine condition, with many thoughtful conveniences, like key pad entry throughout! The shower in the unit is powerful, beautifully designed, with lots of hot water. The king-sized bed is luxurious, while the pull-out bed in living area is comfortable, affording private sleeping areas for two friends, with separate entry to the bathroom.
My friend and I only encountered one small inconvenience: while our unit #2 was equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, etc; there was no table [or chairs] in the unit to 'lay-out' any food/coffee prep or dining. [the garbage can was required to serve as make-shift table] However, I just bet that Nestor will have shortly had this addressed! To be noted is that only two units offer a tiny private outdoor patio access.
The condo units are ideally centrally located - easy tug of luggage from the ferry. Just around the corner is the best fresh squeezed fruit bar imaginable, plus so very many amazing, delicious local dining establishments.
We are two women in our mid sixties, not physically fit by any means .. whereby Cozumel is our yearly 'do' - or be 'dead' adventure. We rent bicycles for the duration, 'accomplishing' an average of 45km/da by peddle power, exploring every coral reef north & south. Nuthin better than finally arriving home at Jaguar Condo to cool & heal in this lovely plunge pool!

Also, you can enjoy Cozumel downtown amenities, which are reached walking (without a vehicle), Cozumel has many beaches and parks to enjoy. For this, it is recommended either to use a Guide or a Taxi, which are next to the Ferry Station (3 1/2 Blocks away) or to rent a vehicle, which there are also many companies at walking distance.
