Welcome to Casa 19, a traditional Portuguese house just 700 metres from Praia da Falésia in Olhos de Água. Picture family breakfasts in the spacious living room, barbecues after sunny mornings at the beach, and lazy afternoons on the balcony as you relax and recharge, all within easy reach of local restaurants and Falésia Beach.



Step inside to three comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom; on the first floor, you will find another bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, both with private bathrooms. The living room is cosy and inviting, with a sofa for four, a dining table, a television and a fireplace perfect for relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen makes holiday meal prep simple and convenient.



Outside, you’ll find a small terrace with a sofa and two chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, plus a back-of-house barbecue and an exterior dining table for alfresco meals. Upstairs, there is also a balcony with two chairs and a sunbed for sunny mornings.

House Rules

Groups aged 25 or under may be subject to a refundable security deposit.

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

Excessive rubbish must not be left.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
