Perfect location for newbies
The Cottage was the perfect spot. Not only was it quaint and comfortable, with every detail was well thought out, but it was also in the perfect location. We were able to bike the Mission Creek Trail, from The Cottage, while partaking in the fav 5 tasting rooms. We easily drove to the Kettle Valley Railway and rode our road bikes along the trestles, which we highly recommend. Driving downtown was quick and easy for dinners, ice cream (at The Parlour), as well as for additional tastings on the west side. Easy access to the beach was just a short walk away, and a quick hop in the car took us to a local store, bakery/coffee shop and brewery. In a nutshell, we loved our stay and we would consider staying again with such great hosts. Thank you Colin and Sarah for making our first vacation to Kelowna so welcoming and easy.
A short stay.....
Peaceful surroundings with comfortable living space in a cottage with nice windows to enjoy the views. We enjoyed riding bicycles along the path to the nearby wetlands. Many birds!
Quaint little cottage within the city. Beautifully built by owner. Close to all vineyards and shopping.
Right beside a main road but the walls are insulated well. Stocked well with all of the essentials.
The owner greeted us right away. Was able to answer any questions we had.
Would definitely return to Kelowna and stay here again.
Much needed family bonding time
This is exactly what I was looking for ... a getaway cottage in the city (close to my daughter's place). Purpose of my once a year vacation that my husband and I can afford on our budget to visit our daughter and her husband along with my other daughter/husband/family friend is to have a family bonding time, playing games, eating good food, surrounded by peace and quiet. Although in the city and close to traffic, the overall cottage feel complete with horses, deer and beautiful green space made this year's family vacation one we'll remember. I would definitely recommend and we are looking to coming back next year ... and hopefully for many years to come.
A very quaint and well stocked cottage
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The kitchen had every type of pot, pan, dish and utensils you could need. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and wine in the evenings. The claw foot tub in the master bath was so nice. We would definitely stay again.
Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Would highly recommend, I would definitely stay again.
