On a scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness, it’s an 11.

You will love PalmVilla’s beautiful tropical landscaping located on a corner lot with 2 convenient circular driveways on opposite streets giving you total privacy and parking.
You can walk to beautiful Pompano Beach, Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The Hillsborough inlet Charter Fishing Fleet (2 miles) where you can buy fresh caught fish right off the boats, book a Sport Fishing Charter or cruise on the intra-coastal waterways. The Hillsboro lighthouse is also close by in the quaint little town of Lighthouse Point.

PalmVilla is a great location for enjoying all that Florida's gold coast has to offer. Only 17 miles to Ft Lauderdale Airport, 35 miles to Miami International Airport, 3.5 hour drive to Key West or go the other way 3 hours to Disney World. Other close by amenities include the Pompano Golf Course and Restaurant, Pompano Intra-coastal Park, Pompano Beach Open Air Concert Amphitheater and much more.

PalmVilla also includes a queen size inflatable bed with built-in pump for 2 additional guest or kids. Plus, for the beach lovers - 4 beach chairs, umbrella, umbrella anchor, ice chest, beach towels, and beach mat in the side yard Beach Kit Box where you can also rinse off the beach sand with the water hose.

Merveilleuse Villa

Merveilleuse propriété. Les propriétaires sont tellement accueillants et d’une super gentillesse. Tout était exactement comme mentionné dans l’annonce. Je reconnecte propriété sans hésitation. Wonderful property. The owners are super kind. Everything was exactly as mentionned. I recommand this propreté without hesitation.

Exceptionally Nice Place

My wife and I stayed at the property for 3 weeks in January. The property is very well located. A mile from Pompano Beach with ample beach parking. Shopping and restaurants were convenient. Check in was seamless. The property was spotless. The photographs and descriptions are spot on. Comfortable and ample seating inside and out. Nice tv's in both the family room and bedroom. High water pressure in the shower. Glenn and Tammy were excellent, responsive hosts. We would book again.

Christmas vacation

This home was adorable. It was perfect for two! It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was very attentive and communicated with us during our stay. We will definitely come back!

Great place!

This was exactly what I needed. Very nice villa, very clean, responsive host, Publix close by. A few minor complaints: 1) ants in the kitchen. I've experienced this at other properties in the area too so it's a fairly common issue near the beach. 2) the blinds don't completely cover the windows. This causes a lot of sunlight to be in your face while in bed. This also makes it so at night time, passers-by can easily see inside. I placed some construction paper over the gaps and that solved the problem. 3) my AT&T wireless signal was pretty weak. The wifi however was fast enough for me to stream content. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!

Staying in this house is like borrowing a friend's beach house & they went out of their way to make it special. Right down to the fluffy bath towels. It's very well maintained & meticulously clean. Delightful! We'd book it again.

We've lived in East Pompano for 35 years and love the South Florida lifestyle and weather. Glenn is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Pompano Beach 35 years ago. Tammy is from Muncie IN. and moved to Lighthouse Point, FL when she was 7 years old. We look forward to you staying at our beautiful PalmVilla.

East Pompano Beach Harbor Village Resort area is one of South Florida's most beautiful places to live and vacation. Harbor Drive is conveniently located between the Atlantic and 14th Street intra-coastal bridges. For easy access to Pompano Beach, which has the best beaches for public access with lots of easy parking. Plus, Pompano Beach is one of South Florida's widest beaches. The Hillsboro Inlet is also only 2 miles away where the Pompano Sport fishing fleet is ready to take you fishing, diving or for a cruse up the intra coastal waterway 7 days a week. Houston''s Restaurant is just down the street where you can sit at the intra-coastal bar and have a drink or dinner as you watch the boats go by. The Sands Hotel only 3/4 miles away offers daily Snorkel trips out to the Pompano Reef for a half day of fun in the sun.
