Enjoy four seasons of recreation at Canada's second-largest ski resort while staying at this spacious ski-in/ski-out townhouse! Located near the Morrisey and Orient chairlifts, powdery turns are at your doorstep. A five minute walk brings you to the heart of Sun Peaks Village with plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafés, and spas to suit any taste. Outside of ski season, enjoy x-country and lift-accessed mountain biking, golf, hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, the farmer's market, and summer concert series.

3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 floors provide plenty of space and privacy in this unit. Enjoy heated floors in the kitchen and all bathrooms to keep your feet cozy on cool mornings. Sit by the fire with a hot chocolate and watch the snow fall through the picture window. Unwind in the hot tub with a glass of wine or a cold beer after a full day of outdoor adventures! Oh, and did we mention that your fur children are welcome here? No need to leave them at home :)
You'll have the whole place to yourself. We have in-suite laundry available to you (even if it's just to throw your base layers in the dryer to climb into something warm and cozy before you hit the slopes!), a ski locker at the front entrance, and heated underground parking.
We have on-site management available to help you in person should anything arise; otherwise, we are easily reached by phone, text, or email.

Amazing accommodation

Had an amazing stay, the rooms were perfect. Everything that was needed was there. Not too far from the main complex. Nice casual walk. Hot tub was excellent with incredible views. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at Sunpeaks. The chalk board with recommendations was a nice touch and really helpful.

Sunpeaks Townhouse

Such a convenient location for ski in ski out and proximity to village. The upstairs loft room was private and large enough for a cot. Beds were super comfy. Great storage in all rooms (except master ….where some drawers would be handy in the robe units?). Hosts were very quick to respond to any queries. Check in and check out were fuss free.

Great spot for a ski trip!

Condo was roomy - hot tub was great and open air with great views. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room for four adults and happy with the ski lockers and ski in - ski out. Would stay again!

Stay was very good. A number of light bulbs are burnt out but overall was a good stay. Fairly easy access to lifts which is essential.

We're two outdoor enthusiasts from Northern BC who are passionate about getting people out enjoying our favourite places. Courtenay has been on the volunteer ski patrol at Sun Peaks, and the mountain is a special place for her year-round (check out the summer concert series if you can - the best way to wrap up the summer!). We also love animals and are happy to welcome your fur children into our townhome.

Why they chose this property

We love that our condo offers a lot of space in close proximity to the village centre and all of the lifts. Usually to stay at a larger vacation rental in Sun Peaks you end up further away from core amenities and either face a long walk, the struggle of finding parking in the village, or a wait for the shuttle. In our place, you'll be right next to two lifts and the Village Centre without sacrificing space or privacy.
