On the main floor, you'll find an expansive great room with mountain panoramas gracing every window. The living area boasts an open design, ample seating, a 75" flat screen TV, a sleek gas fireplace, and access to an expansive deck showcasing breathtaking views of the Ten Mile and Gore Range. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped for preparing large family meals, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and stunning marble countertops.

The lower level is home to a bar area and a media room complete with a projector TV. Just steps away, an expansive hot tub awaits, providing the perfect vantage point for taking in the surrounding mountain vistas. GETTING AROUND:
This home is located on Peak 7. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free parking lot on airport road and take the shuttle to the Breck Connect Gondola or can drive to the pay lot located at the gondola. It is a 4 minute drive to the free parking and 8 minutes to the gondola lot or town.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

New Year’s in the mountains
The property is roomy and has a great view! The furniture needs updated and many of the lamps and overhead lights did not work. The furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Kitchen is sparsely equipped for a large family to cook and eat in which is important when renting a large home. There was zero flexibility with checking in just a little early with my infant granddaughter who had traveled all day. Average rental for the price.

house was beautiful with good amenities and fabulous location. Views are breathtaking! The property needs better cleaning and some tlc for minor repairs. Pre checkin communication from property management company was poor to fair.

The internet was not working upon arrival. The property manager was unable to resolve the issues during our stay. Unfortunately those in our group who needed internet for work or school were unable to connect (and the TVs are internet).

Breath taking views!!
This was a family trip! Location was perfect! Home was beautiful with sledding in back yard a bonus for us. The views from every window is unbelievable!! So much to do in the area and we took advantage of it all!!! Home is equipped with every convinces of home! Bathrooms are a dream! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
