Un trés bon souvenir pour commencer l'année

Un e maison très agréable car nous étions 7 personnes et nous avions notre espace bien a nous pour chaque couple Cet endroit est vraiment au calme , être au milieu d'une petite forêt et tout prés de la plage c'est vraiment super La météo aurait été au beau temps cela aurait été parfait

Accommodatie was ruim in oppervlakte, maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet ok ...

Accommodatie was ruim in oppervlakte, maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet ok. Op ijskast en vaatwas na waren alle andere toestellen zeer verouderd (wasmachine oud en helemaal niet zo proper, oven en micro zeer oud) , zeer weinig uitgeruste keuken: zo hebben we zelf een schil-en snijmesje moeten kopen om te kunnen koken, mixer en ander basis keukenmateriaal was niet aanwezig. De kasten van de keuken waren ook versleten. (Vezelplaten zichtbaar) Echt niet wat je verwacht van een woning waar je meer dan 4000 euro voor betaalt voor 8 slaapplaatsen ( +2 in een zetelbed). Dus in die zin was de aankomst wel een ontgoocheling. Hoewel het zwembad zeer groot was en in een mooie tuin ligt was had dit dringend een opknapbeurt nodig: binnenbekleding die afpelt en houten omkadering rondom waar je op moet stappen waarvan de latjes meermaals gewoon stuk zijn! Tenslotte de grootste ontgoocheling: het zwembad moest afgedicht worden met een dekzeil en ijzeren staven via een manueel systeem. Dit was fysisch een echt zware inspanning en zeer onaangenaam om elke dag 2 keer te doen. Onbegrijpelijk. Het huis geeft echt het gevoel dat men met zo weinig mogelijk investering een zo groot mogelijk rendement nastreeft. De foto’s zijn duidelijk genomen door een stylist die de werkelijkheid toch net iets anders voorstelt. In de beschrijving staat ook dat er een jacuzzi is, maar de werkelijkheid is dat er drie 30 jaar oude jets in een gewoon bad ingebouwd zijn. De vakantie was leuk, de omgeving is top in de bossen en dicht bij het strand, maar het huis was toch wat een ontgoocheling. ( toch nog een voorbeeld: een huisverhuren voor 10 personen dat meer dan 4000 eur kost, waar dan 2 mensen op een zetelbed moeten slapen, en dan heb je buiten 4 ligstoelen(?), een buitentafel met 6 (!) stoelen.... )

We kwamen laat in de avond aan en we konden met een persoonlijke code de sleutel ...

We kwamen laat in de avond aan en we konden met een persoonlijke code de sleutel uit een brievenbus halen. Dit was heel fijn. Het huisje stond op een rustige plek naast een bosrand. De accommodatie is mooi maar niet heel schoon. We hadden een 10 persoonshuis maar er waren maar 7 stoelen binnen en 8 stoelen buiten aanwezig. Er waren bij het zwembad maar 5 ligbedjes.

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch zwembad, interieur binnen is prima, goede bedden, schoon, hier en daar wat minder onderhoud (losse steen, haperend slot enz). Eindschoonmaak kan je (indien gewenst) zelf doen. Veel privacy en rust, geen buren gezien of gehoord. In de omgeving veel te doen. Een mooi rustig strand in de buurt en voor wie wil een levendiger strand met winkeltjes iets verderop. Golfbaan vlakbij. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd en zijn naar een meertje gefietst (bij Léon) waar we konden suppen (stand-up paddeling). Dagje San Sebastian is ook aan te raden.
