Show your special someone or your family the relaxing New England retreat they deserve with this first-floor corner condo at the Island Inn at Martha's Vineyard! You'll enjoy a shared swimming pool, nearby golf, and easy access to shopping, dining, and the beach.

You and your sweetheart will love exploring the breathtaking coastal beauty of Martha's Vineyard - and you won't have to go far to do it! Joseph Sylvia State Beach is only a half-mile from the condo, making it ideal for a secluded stroll. You can also venture up Seaview Avenue for a mile to reach the soft sands of Inkwell Beach, as well as the shopping and dining of the town of Oak Bluffs.

Back at the condo, take advantage of a wide selection of shared amenities. These include the nearby Farm Neck Golf Club, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a picnic and grilling area for delicious al fresco dining, a pool for warmer days, a firepit area, and shared washer/dryer. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

When you'd like some privacy, retreat to the comfort of your condo, featuring a cushy bed and cozy kitchen steps away. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. You'll have cable on the flatscreen TV for entertainment, as well as free WiFi for sharing photos.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
