Newly and beautifully renovated with a new bedroom layout and a new full bathroom, this Oak Bluffs townhouse will allow you to spend the summer on the sparkling beaches of Martha's Vineyard. This island retreat features a shared deck, seasonal swimming pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and an ideal location within walking distance of the beach and downtown.

Perfectly laid out, the living space features high, natural wood ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and sliding glass doors to let in the island breezes. Whip up a homemade breakfast or a few beach snacks in the full kitchen (including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils), step outside on the deck to survey the resort grounds, and check the tides on the WiFi before walking down to the beach. Spend your days building sandcastles, cooling off in the resort's outdoor pool, and practicing your forehand on one of the three tennis courts. Sit down for lunch in the communal picnic area and soak in a bit of sun as you take a relaxing nap by the pool. One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
