About this property

Located in the 7th floor of a building in front of the ocean (The apartment does not have ocean view). The area is filled with restaurants and bars you will find great Peruvian foos in every corner!
Surf lessons are available for 10$ the hour within a 15 minute walk.
Paraglading is also close by!
This is a small studio in the perfect spot to discover the city.
Renovations were made 2 years ago, the kitchen and the bathroom are new.

Ariana has a wonderful personality and made our check in smooth and so welcoming. The place was perfect for our stay and it was just a hop on the elevator and we were right by the ocean.
