Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom direct Gulf Front unit on the 1st floor. This 1 bedroom unit features a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper along with a flat screen TV.
Sea Breeze features a large outdoor heated pool, an outdoor spa, tiki-hut seating, reclining lounge chairs, two LP gas grills, a charcoal grill, an outside shower, and a bocce court. There are also two convenient washrooms on the ground floor exclusively for guests.
Modern coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the 4th and 7th floors. The building has a centrally-located elevator and one stairwell on each end of the building.
The location of Sea Breeze of Madeira Condominiums couldn't be better. It's close to John's Pass Village Boardwalk, Hubbards Marina, Dolphin Marine Rentals, Gators Restaurant, Bamboo Beach Bar, Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant, Dockside Daves Restaurant, Salt Rock Grill, Mario's Ristorante, Keagans Restaurant, Conch Republic Grill, JD's Restaurant, Friendly Tavern, and Bamboo Beach Bar. A trolley bus service that operates up and down Gulf Boulevard with close bus stops adds to the simplicity of getting around.

Our Vacation

This is a great property. The location is unbeatable. It is quiet and the beach is uncrowded. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The view from the condo is magnificent. The condo itself was clean( although a little dusty)and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and such. The kitchen had everything needed. The appliances worked well and the icemaker was a great bonus. I took a 2 inch foam mattress with me and the bed was quite comfortable.. The sunset from the balcony was beautiful.Everyone was courteous and friendly. The TV was a little tricky but we got there. If you follow directions,check in was easy, just took a little time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet beach getaway!

Beautiful oceanfront!

Very nice condo, clean and absolute wonderful view of the gulf! Close to everything, walking distance of restaurants and John’s Pass, definitely would/will stay again!

Positive/negative

Mostly positive, clean and roomy. View is awesome and price reasonable. Furniture gets a BIG negative for comfort, including the bed. Will not return simply due to that issue. Smoking area is right below this unit so the smell of smoke was evident on the balcony.
