Hello: from Dave and Nora Brock You are viewing our vacation home in the low desert. We live on the Southern California Coastline but also have a taste for the desert. We initially bought this home (2 hrs away from the beach) as an investment and for short term rentals over a year ago. However, we found ourselves here every week and just recently decided to rent it out... now and then.

This is our dream property that has everything we need and more. After looking all around the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Bermuda we decided this was the right area for us. Close to all the infrastructure/ stores etc. but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very well cared for and highly upgraded. The property is beautiful with stunning outdoor views. Even sitting on the patio here is great!
What makes this House unique
There is a lot to be desired at this home. Its three miles from Hwy 111, that has just about every chain store/restaurant/warehouse imaginable. Less that one mile away at a little slower pace is Old Town Laquinta. Old town has some very nice restaurants, shops, parks and well lit public tennis/pickleball courts. The house its self is further from the beaten path located at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountain range, in a very nice neighborhood overlooking Coachella Valley. This is Golfers paradise, PGA West is just a few minutes away. For nature lovers, our house is five blocks from the hiking trails that lead to easy hiking trails that overlook the valley below, through spring flowers on many of the trails and river washes.

No Parties or events allowed on the property. Property is for paid guests only. No Fires in the Fireplace. No excessively loud music or noise.
Certain parts of the property are off limits. No parking in Garage but ample parking in driveway. No use of Garage except for doing laundry.
Completed rental & pool agreements are required 5 days from booking request. Along with copy of drivers licence, or reservation will be cancelled.
100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date.
