Luxury apartment located in a private guarded domain 'La Duquesa Manilva' surrounded by beautiful gardens. This has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A large square terrace with a view of the 2 swimming pools and a children's pool complete the offer. Next to the domain is a children's playground and an outdoor fitness. The car is best left in the underground private parking because everything is within your reach: supermarket, beach and the charming restaurants of the marina are a 10-minute walk away.

Details of the apartment: 1st floor new construction with air conditioning and beautifully finished with marble floors. Spacious living room with sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, radio, usb .. Kitchen: stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and extensive cooking utensils. Storage room with washing machine, drying rack and shopping cart. Bathrooms both with bath linen, one with a shower and one with a bath / shower. Master bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both rooms are equipped with bed linen and duvets.

This was our second time staying in this apartment and it did not disappoint. We cannot fault the apartment and it's facilities and the complex itself is beautifully maintained. Patrick is a wonderful host and is always prompt at responding to any questions we have. We had a small issue with sun loungers and he resolved this immediatley. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment and San Luis de Sabinillias which is a wonderful place to visit and ideal location for exploring further afield. We plan to return again at a later date

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire, une vue imprenable sur la piscine de la terasse, et un petit bout mer. D'ailleurs la mer n'est qu'à 15 min à pied, ainsi que le centre ville avec tout le nécessaire au niveau des commerces. A recommander sans modération.

This was our third visit 2017, 2019 and this September. It was as great as we remembered, the accommodation is such brilliant value for money. Everything you need for a home from home but in a truly brilliant location. We are 67 and 63 and the accessibility is so good, from parking to accommodation so easy. The balcony is great, sleeping great, bathrooms great and everything you need to cook at home if that is your wish. The local supermarket in walking distance if you have no car but would always recommend you do to enjoy this unspoilt part of the Costa deal sol. We are well travelled around Europe using Vrbo and this is by far the best value for money. Thank you Patrick for allowing us use of your home.

Great apartment, great location

Great apartment and great location. We have stayed on this complex previously, although not in this apartment. The apartment was well equipped and very clean and would definitley book again and recommend to others. The owner was quick to respond to any queries beforehand and checkin/checkout was good

Sabinillas,is a beautiful village with a picturesque harbor and nice beaches, a 18 holes golf course, and located at 10 kilometers from Estepona. It is only one hour drive from the airports of Malaga or Jerez. This makes this the ideal location to discover the most beautiful parts of southern Andalusia: the beautiful town of Ronda, the Rock of Gibraltar and Seville are a few of those you shouldn’t miss.
