About this property

Historic Uptown Guest Suite & Porch blocks to Magazine Street & Streetcar

Our specialty is Romance. Come enjoy the Season in New Orleans and experience a home reminiscent of a time gone past, steeped in French culture, history and charm. This 1887 three bay Uptown guest suite delivers the historic charm New Orleans is known for with its amazing historic architectural details - 12 foot ceilings, old wood floors, transom & stain glass windows, and marble fire place.

We are located just blocks away from the St Charles Trolley and the famed Magazine Street – a coveted spot where you can walk to famous restaurants and shopping. To add to its historic charm, this guest suite is professionally furnished with French antiques and designer furnishings, to include a luxurious king bed designed and crafted by a local artist, Mario Villa, as well as a kitchenette and large closet and master bath.

This guest suite has its own separate outdoor entrance on the front porch. The space is located in the front of the house for privacy. The front porch and swing are for the exclusive use of our guests to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or parade viewing! Washer and dryer are available in the rear of the house for guests' use and convenience.

Operates under Permit Nos. 23-NSTR-13761; 23-OSTR-18527.
