MID LEVEL:
The open floor plan allows family members to share laughter and conversation in the Great Room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The dining room seats 8 people with views of the quiet surroundings around the home. A large King Master Suite is located on this level with a soaking tub and separate shower. The first of 2 Queen bedrooms is on this level. Enjoy the outdoors by using the outdoor table and gas grill on the deck at the back of the house. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
This level has 3 bedrooms available: a King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and a large master bath with shower and soaking tub; a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the hall bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a sunny den area with plenty of seating, game table and flat-screen TV and access to the top level sun deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
A Lounge is a wonderful place for the kids and teens to hang out. Plenty of comfortable seating, Foosball game and a kitchenette with access to the attached garage which has a Pool table. There is a Pyramid Bunk Jr. Master Suite with 2 Bunk Bed sets that has a semi-private bath which is shared with the Lounge. The outside amenities include a volleyball court and a private pool that measures 12' x 24'. An outdoor shower with an exterior half bath is adjacent to the hot tub located by the pool deck.

EXTRAS:
As guests with The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet service, a Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout the resort, with sound and ocean views.
