The Neighborhood is a safe working class neighborhood one block away from Miami River and walking distance to Marlins Stadium and Jackson Memorial Hospital. PLEASE NOTE this property is part of Little Havana famous for having chickens and cats rooming around the neighborhood.
The apartment is NOT shared but the building amenities is shared. We have Smart Locks on all of our properties.

Great spot to stay at!!!

This is my second spell in this studio and it is an hidden gem. Quietness, cleaness, privatess it has everything, plus personal area in the garden that makes you feel like being ...home. Book it while you can.

Got the job done

This was a good place for a short stay. The space inside was cozy and had everything we needed. We didn't get the check in information until a couple of hours after the stated check in time. So we got to the property and couldn't get in until we received the instructions. Communication could have been better, but overall, the stay did the job.

Lovely apartment, but heads up on the nearby construction

The apartment was great and Matt was able to take care of anything that popped up! I actually stayed in unit 4 since this unit 3 was actually already booked, but the unit was comparable and I loved it. there was construction right behind the building 6 days a week, so I didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as I’d have wanted, but I was still a very nice setup
