Lake House #2 is a 2/1 duplex that can sleep up to 6 guests and is equipped with a kitchenette, including a cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. There is a queen sleeper in the family room with a separate flat screen TV. The bathroom has a large walk in double shower .
Walk to the marina, beach and Beachside Billy's restaurant and bar. This unit is booked as one property during May - September with the other part of the home and will sleep 10 guests in total.

Why they chose this property

We have always been drawn to the Volente area and have dreamed about owning property on Lake Travis. We spent many summer days with our own kids at Volente Beach when they were younger.

What makes this property unique

All of our reservations include admission to our boutique waterpark on the shores of Lake Travis. There are 4 slides, a private beach, full-service restaurant and pool and beach bars.
