The house was amazing and Bonnie has done such a great job with the property. It was so inviting and our family weekend was so great. I recommend this property to anyone looking. It was a quick trip to the lake and surrounding restaurants.

Bonnie was amazing. The best customer service ever.
We brought the youth from our church for the weekend. Bonnie welcomed us on arrival. She even offered to take the kiddos out on her boat for the day. The kids had the most amazing time. They loved the bunk rooms, tree house and of course the row boat was a huge hit. The grown ups enjoyed morning coffee on the porch watching the sunrise. I can't wait to go back!

Crowd pleaser!
Our family had a wonderful time at the Pond House! Everyone enjoyed this property from my 81 yr. old mother to my 10 yr. old daughter. The home is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. There is so much attention to every detail. The additional upstairs coffee station is a very nice touch! The pond and all of the gardens and outdoor decor create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The hostess was always available and willing to help, even though she had just experienced a terrible loss. A lovely vacation. Thank you, Bonnie

I grew up here and moved away after I graduated, but I could not get back here fast enough. I have lived back in Blanco now for 31 years so I know my way around locally and the surrounding hill country very well. So if you have any questions on visiting or on regards to the house, please feel free to text or call me (number provided upon arrival).

Why they chose this property

With three children I was wanting to stay in the area close to my family. When my uncle offered to sell me the land to build the house on, I jumped on it. A lot of clearing land and hard work went into this place with the help of my family, friends and most importantly Gods Grace. The property offered lots of trees and acreage for the kids to run around on and space to build the pond. I grew up on the Blanco River fishing and swimming and wanted my children to experience the same. The house was built in 1990 and newly remodeled in 2018.

What makes this property unique

I love to watch the wild life here and how the sun rises up on the pond in the morning. The koi fish feeding on banks of pond as I sit with cup of coffee on floating dock. Not to mention a full moon glistening on the water at night with the water fountain spraying. In spring I feel like I am in a tree house because the house is nestled among huge pecan and oak trees.
