Our cute walkout basement apartment is a perfect place for two. It is located in a safe & quiet area of the city, right next to Bob Jones University University, and only minutes away from the beautiful downtown. You'll find here everything you need for your long and comfortable stay, and if a basic will be missing, all you need is to let us know. All utilities, high speed internet and yard work are included in the price. Come stay at our place and you will want to come back!

Dark & cold apartment

Carpets and apartment definitely needed professionally cleaned. Very narrow "hallway" bathroom and the tub is ridiculously shaped for showering. The apartment was cleaner when we left because we thoroughly cleaned it. On a positive note, the host responded quickly to issues.

The home was comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for adults and children to walk in. The hosts were professional, friendly and compassionate. The went above and beyond to help us out with an unexpected issue that had nothing to do with them or the rental. We definitely recommend this home.

Awesome Clean & Very Accommodating

Beautiful downstairs apartment. Owners were very responsive & went above & beyond to answer & accommodate any requests that I had. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again!
