The Seabreeze is a Family Friendly Condo community with dedicated Beach access just steps away from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf. Newly updated with new washer/dryer and couches. This 2 bed, 2 bath second floor unit sleeps 6. Master Bedroom has an on suite bath. Full kitchen has a washer/dryer. Unit has 3 Flat screen TVs with Dish TV and internet. All 60 units look out over the round 3' to 6' pool area with charcoal BBQs and covered picnic gazebo. Onsite covered parking is convenient to both stairs and elevators. Discount for stays of 7 nights or more.

Great stay in Gulf Shores

Loved that it was close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future, The only issue was the people on the floor above us would stomp every time they walked across the floor so that was annoying.

Great location

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Room was great and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Unfortunately, however, both beach umbrellas were broken. This was not an issur s we did not expect there to he any umbrellas.We were on 2nd floor and could hear kids running and yelling in the the room above us. tThis is supposed to be a non smoking facility except for designated area. Some of the tennants that came in for the weekend were very inconsiderate and smoked on the stairways and walkways facing the pool. The smell forced us back in our room so we could not enjoy the view overlooking the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great Combination of Price and Location

We had a great time! The host accommodated our dates around a death in the family last summer. Great communication. The only thing to keep in mind is to stop and buy toilet paper before you arrive because none was provided. Small thing since we were all guys, but we were surprised that we had to make a quick trip to the store before getting settled.

It was “ok”.

It was not as clean as we would have preferred with stains on the couch and curtains. The floors were dirty. The washer and dryer were broken the entire time but the owner did respond Quickly just seemed to have trouble getting someone there to fix it. Not a bad walk to the beach at all. Parking is not ideal but it worked. I probably wouldn’t book here again but it wasn’t bad enough for us to leave during the week.
