Beautiful Location with Everything You Want

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Convenient short walk to restaurant and club house w/gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo was very clean, updated and nicely decorated and we enjoyed the stocked wood for fireplace. The sunrise was also beautiful over Smith Mountain. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Very clean and tranquil Lakefront Getaway!

This Bernard's Landing lower level condo gave my Mom and I the perfect mother-daughter getaway combined with a business trip for me. Wifi worked perfectly. High quality, full stocked kitchen, comfy living room and excellent bedding. Love all the natural light and enjoyed making a wood-burning fire. The host was easily accessible and proactively communicated. Well Done!

Why they chose this property

I grew up fishing at SML with my dad. When my husband and I bought our condo for a summer place, I realized how special SML really is. We ended up selling our home and moving here full time! Now we want to share our condo with other people who are sure to fall in love with SML!!

What makes this property unique

My favorite feature of our condo is the spectacular combination of lake and Mountain View. I love that our covered patio is protected from wind and rain so we can sit out in almost any type of weather. I also love that our patio is walk out so there are no stairs to navigate and we have so much green space, it’s like having a huge yard! Our property is not just for summer! It’s a perfect location for Virginia Tech football game in the fall! And because we are surrounded by mountains the leaves are spectacular in the fall.
