About Mary Lou Elrod
I am retired and living in Washington, DC when I am not in Rehoboth. You will see evidence in the rental that I own a small dog, Talcum, a Bichon Frise. Together, we board dogs at Ann's Capitol Hill Bed and Bichon. Sorry to say that he does not like for other dogs to stay at his beach retreat, but well-behaved humans are welcome! Mostly you will deal with our property manager, Mary Ann Slinkman with Bay Coast Realty. Enjoy your time at the Beach!

Why Mary Lou Elrod chose Rehoboth Beach
I spent many happy summers in Rehoboth Beach. I came down on weekends and spent time with friends. I loved watching the dolphins go by while sitting on the beach. In the evenings or on rainy days there was also something to do - movies, shopping, art shows, mini golf, great restaurants - whatever floats your boat!
What makes this Townhouse unique
I fell in love with this property because of its convenient access to the beach and to the cute town of Rehoboth, which is great for both people watching and ocean viewing. The space gives you room to spread out; the location is convenient; and if you don't feel like driving it is easy to get around by walking, using a bike or the local DART bus.

The property was very nice. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. I apologize that we left cans of soft drinks in the refrigerator. We planned on taking them with us but realized after we left that we forgot them. One recommendation would be to have TVs in the bedrooms. Other then that we had a great stay. Thanks
Thanks Mike, You were the perfect guests and the cleaners loved the sodas. Come back to see us. Mary Ann
Rehoboth Beach, De. hosts many festivals and events during the course of the summer, including a sea glass festival, July 4 fireworks and a sandcastle building contest. Nearby Dewey Beach has periodic outdoor movies and bonfires. The property is an easy drive to historic Lewes, Delaware and to Berlin, Maryland, voted "America's Coolest Small Town." Shopping in Delaware is tax-free, there is a lovely boardwalk and many great bars and restaurants in town.
