There were very few negatives to this condo that don’t affect your stay at all. Example being the walls had just a couple bad patches in the process of being fixed. Other than that everything was great

I would never recommend this resort to anyone! I talked to many people while waiting for the elevator which could take up to two hours to get on and everyone agree it was a horrible place and would never come back. Our condo had not been cleaned and was filthy! From the patched holes all over the walls, countertops and cabinets falling apart, broken and rusted patio furniture, it was a nightmare! The rental company sent someone out to clean and they showed up with no cleaning supplies.I was also told we would get new patio furniture which came the next to the last day of our trip! The rental company was horrible to deal with! I sent pictures of the condos horrific condition and had to deal with rudeness and attitude. I am still waiting to be contacted by the rental company and it is has been almost a week since my trip! Needless to say we came home early!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Dirtiest condominium I’ve ever seen I’ve ever been. I don’t even know where to start. As I walked in the floors were disgusting, food crumbs everywhere. Furniture was disgusting with bunch of stains on it. I was afraid to sit in on it, I had to lay a blanket over it to just to sit down. Walls and trim was damaged and way overdue for renovation. Bathrooms had no towels or toilet paper. Showerheads were disgusting black all over them I had to spray bleach and clean it myself. I spent over $40 at local Walmart on cleaning supplies and spent another hour cleaning the apartment myself before we can settle in. Balcony furniture was very old and rusted I felt I needed a tetanus shot just looking at it. As soon as we arrived I called the one 800 number to complain and request for the condominium to be cleaned and requested sheets and towels, we were only brought clean sheets and were told that they did not know we needed towels or for the condo to be cleaned. Overall a very bad experience and then I would not recommend this condo to anyone. Stay away from this condo!

The property was extremely dirty. The 3rd bathroom had to be closed at all times because it smells terrible. So many things were broken, missing, dirty. Overall, the worst property I have ever stayed in. The owner didn't seem to care much when we addressed our concerns.

Overall, a disappointing stay. There were food stains in the refrigerator and on one of the walls in the kitchen. There were holes in the walls, only some of which had been patched (and not repainted). Doors were sitting in closets and some of the furniture needed replacing badly. The actual unit looked nothing like the pictures. At times the front door wouldn't lock. I assume some of this was because of the hurricane that went through a few months before, but several months should be enough time to get things in shape. This reminded me of staying at a really cheap Super 8 hotel.
