Beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Shores of Panama Unit!!

Unit was perfect and price was great!!!

Overall really enjoyed. Anytime we had a problem the manager assisted and got it taken care of so we could enjoy our time. Will definitely be back

The condo is huge! This good sized space worked perfect for our family! The ocean views were spectacular! It had everything we needed but the floors were disgusting. When you walked around in the condo with no shoes on, your feet would be black. Elevators were ridiculous. You had to wait 10 minutes before you could get one. The pool area is the best pool area I have seen yet! I love Shores of Panama! Overall we had a good time and will definitely be coming back to Shores of Panama.

Pros: Nice pool Parking space in conjunction to the condo Keyless entry Slept 8 very comfortably (after washing bedspreads because they were filthy) Good water pressure for being on 8th floor Cons: Poorly cleaned, condo was very dirty Furniture in poor condition and dirty, one sofa broken and would sag to the floor if sat on Electronics worked half the time, had to jiggle wires to view cable Did I mention is was extremely dirty? Kitchen poorly equipped. Very little silverware and not much to use to cook with. Poorly decorated. Very little artwork on the walls. No coat hangers, no extra blankets to use as throws Bunk beds were unstable Floors were super dirty, if you went barefoot your feet would be black. Wore flips the whole time Patio floor and furniture was very dirty My husband and I were very disappointed in this condo. We will not be using this agency again as we felt the add was mis-leading and it was way overpriced for what we got. They did call to see how our stay was going and I let them know the condition and that I had to do some cleaning to feel comfortable and they refunded me $100.00. They also said they would send someone to look at the sofa and see if they could replace it but no one showed and the broken sofa stayed. We have vacationed on the Emerald Coast for 15+ years and this is by far the worst condo we have ever rented. I had decided not to leave a negative review but after the 5th request to review the condo I decided I should be honest and let you know.

The unit itself was great. If I were rating just the condo I’d say 5 stars!!! However the resort it’s self needs some work. The elevators were a nightmare. Out of the 6 on property you just had to take a chance and guess which 1 or 2 were actually working. I wouldn’t recommend this resort if you’re wanting a quiet family vacation. The building is in sort of a U shape making it have a pretty good echo. You couldn’t sit out on your balcony at night and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the people yelling from balcony to balcony because of the echo it created. A few workers that we spoke too said it was like that all of the time and the same with the elevators. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere with crappy elevators this is your place. I had read some reviews talking about the parking garage being terrible, but it was not. No, two cars couldn’t go around the ramp to the next level at the same time but isn’t that most garages? Only complaint we had was the elevators and noise. As I previously stated the unit it’s self was great. Loved the layout. We had 10 people and felt that we had plenty of room, didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Our kids loved the pool and spent most of their time there instead of the beach. The coffee hut has awesome mochas as well!
