Taos Villa

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa!Our host, Flo, was welcoming and helpful, ensuring our experience was comfortable and enjoyable. All of the bedrooms were generously sized and clean. We particularly enjoyed the private pool and the plancha for outdoor cooking, both adding a unique touch to our vacation. Our vacation was truly memorable thanks to the villa's ambiance and Flo’s exceptional hospitality.

Eine Traumvilla mit allem Komfort. Ruhig, aber doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Gediegene luxuriöse Einrichtung. Super Betreuung durch die lokale Vertretung. Erholung pur.

We have had an unforgettable week in this house. A fantastic property with everything you can ask for. All amenities are state of the art. Wir haben uns in der schönen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die moderne Villa ist großzügig ausgestattet und hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Terrassen und Balkone bieten reichlich Platz zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus und die Gegend für einen Urlaub weiterempfehlen. Perfect holiday in amazing and fantastic Taos Villa

We stayed with 8 friends in this fantastic Villa for unfortunately only 7 days in June. This house is only one word >> WOW <<. All rooms are furnished with lot of passion, luxury and very detailed. I´m sure - you wouldn´t miss anything! We had a great time there. Welcomed by Pili, the housekeeper (and her daughter?), as if we would had know each other for years. She´s such a nice person. Anytime on the spot, if you need help. Her Motto: "Hakuna Matata". And so it is! *LOL* The view from the rooftop - amazing, the garden - fantastic, the rooms - perfect. Another very nice designed - but helpful - detail: The folder with Infos, Tipps, Do´s and don´ts for the staying in Taos Villa. If possible, we would give more than 5 stars!!!!

Florence had this house built for her familily after she draw it then followed the contruction in order to monitor every aspects of different stages of the villa progresses. Flo's work still prevent her to settle in this region with 300 sunny days a year. Let other people use this house became quickly obvious and that's why it's now available to anyone.

Why they chose this property

The Costa del Sol area is kind of goal to reach in Europe because it's close to important points of interest in the old World. Southern Spain offers a real possibility to relax when it's possible to live in such a house: a brand new villa using new technologies allied with ecologic energy sources.
This construction is not only architectly designed but is also 'easy'to 'live in.'

What makes this property unique

Brand new villa designed by the owner in order to use it in a very practical way forgetting the maintenance tasks thanks to a sofisticated domotic installation to live ecologically in harmony with the Costa del Sol ambient.
