A beautiful home located in the secure and gated Golf community of Gateway Golf Club. The home is in excellent and pristine condition with all the modern touches and amenities. Nearly every room in the home has been upgraded with modern paint, new flat panel TV's, tile flooring and quality furnishings. All 4 bedrooms decorated with modern colors and mostly new beds and furnishings. All 3 full baths have been renovated with tile flooring, modern fixtures, and tile/glass showers. There is a top of the line kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Modern decor living, dining and bedrooms, and a fantastic yard with heated pool, lanai and outdoor sitting area with HDTV. Great for evenings under the stars sipping your favourite beverage or watching the big game. The house is over 2000 square feet, so there is plenty of room for the family or to entertain guests. Just steps away is the highly rated Tom Fazio designed and award winning golf club named Gateway Golf Club. You won't be disappointed with this house or upscale location. 5 minutes from Interstate 75. 10 minutes from Ft Myers airport (RSW). Very close to Jet Blue Park, downtown Ft Myers and Ft Myers beach. Perfect setup for a family!
I rented this home for members of my family over Christmas. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean. Most notable, the AC went out and the landlord responded immediately and it was fixed the same day! Good communication and responsiveness!
