Fantastic ski-in, ski-out town home in the heart of Sunday River. This fantastic 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property can sleep 10, and includes 2 masters bedrooms. Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and toaster. Cozy living room features gas fireplace and smart-TV for easy after-skiing entertainment. Entire house is wi-fi enabled. Mudroom offers ample storage for ski or other gear. Private outside hot tub. Parking for two cars included.

Our townhouse is located steps from the Tempest and Roadrunner trails, offering ski-in ski-out access to the White Cap Lodge for skiers of all abilities. The Sunday River resort offers 870 acres of terrain to explore during the ski season, and golf, hiking, biking, and zip lining in the spring, summer and fall months.

Great weekend here!

This was a fantastic unit right on the mountain in Sunday river. Stayed with my husband, three teens, father, and the two masters were a Stayed with my husband, three teens, father, and the two masters were an especially nice touch so my husband and I had a great space as did my dad. The kids were able to split up into two rooms and there was plenty of space for all. Beds were VERY very firm, which was fine, just be warned! Decor was beautiful, fireplace awesome, kitchen was fully stocked hot tub was so enjoyed! Communication was great with the owner, and will definitely be returning!

Epic Ski Condo

This condo is the perfect base camp for an epic ski vacation. You can literally put your skis on right out the back side of the condo and be at the lift in one minute. The condo is very well furnished, comfortable, and supplied with anything you might think you need. The hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake for the perfect ski day.
