Recommandation

Logement très propre, pas une poussière, même le siphon de la douche était impeccable. Les équipements sont récents. Bus à proximité. De plus, le balcon terrasse est complètement fermé par des vitres qui peuvent s'ouvrir si besoin. Expérience très positive.

sans les nuisances sonores appartement sympa

Bonjour l'appartement est sympa proximité bus malheureusement il est regretable que l'annonce ne précise pas que l'appartement est accolé a une pizzeria donc la soufflerie est active a partir de 17h a 23h voir plus longtemps cela s'entend a l'intérieur meme porte et fenetres fermé . Sur le balcon c'est très bruillant.

Déception et arrière-gout amer !

Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée, ni à la sortie fait en notre présence. Seul l'agence CARMEN se réserve le droit de le pratiquer, en notre absence, et de faire une retenue ou non sur la caution versée au préalable de 250€. Pour notre part, malgré le ménage fait (avec le "minimum" de matériel fourni), il nous a été retenu 75€ car tout n'avait pas été fait selon leurs critères... L'agence nous a envoyé des photos justifiant soi-disant ce prélèvement, nous faisant ainsi passer pour des personnes sales (sympathique), pour autant, elles ne correspondent pas à l'état réel dans lequel nous avons laissé cet appartement. Prévenus par mail le soir à 19h30 à notre retour à notre domicile (pour des clés rendues à 9h00 sinon surcoût après 10h00), cette méthode arbitraire nous a fait l'effet d'une douche froide. Mais en consultant d'autre avis, ils semblent que nous ne soyons malheureusement pas les seuls. Résultat, malgré une région superbe, souvenir de Hendaye gâché !!!

Superbe

Superbe appartement dans résidence neuve et calme. Grand confort de l'appartement. L'appartement se situe en Rez de Chaussée et est sécurisé avec parking devant immeuble. Superbe séjour!
