Super cool style with fabulous landscaping
This house is stylish; full of art, modern furniture and clever interior design. So much visual interest all over this home! Plenty of space for our family of four to lounge around. We moved from CT recently and were back for a visit. Fabulous Palmers Market and the Noroton train station are 5 minutes away. Both are easily walkable.
Our son used one of the very nice bicycles. We did not have time to hike, but a beautiful small woodsy nature preserve is a block away. We did use the beach pass to Weed Beach which an awesome option with kids since there is a big playground, decent facilities and a little restaurant at the beach.
We hosted a four generation lunch one day and all were comfortable. Picked up NYC family members from the train station.
The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped with sculptural trees and two separate private lawn areas.
There is only one bathroom on the top floor, which was fine for us; just an FYI. It has a beautiful poured concrete floor.
Morten is super nice, very accessible and accommodating.
We have rented many VBRO homes over the years and this was just what we needed.
