The apartment was better than expected space and ovine view wise. The apartment was perfect for my mother, my sister and myself. Easy access to pool, North Miami Beach & Food. The Collins Express stops right in front of the building which made it so easy to use when going down the South Miami Beach. I would definitely rent this exact apartment again.

Review
Property is ok, it wasn’t as luxury as it looks on pics, we didn’t have any issues finding the place or checking in but found roaches in the kitchen that prevented us from utilizing the kitchen at full capacity, we only used the fridge and microwave but didn’t cook at all.
The property is 30 years old, there is nasty carpet throughout the rooms, it is extremely noisy, the beds feel like they are air mattresses. I stayed one night because we got in late but immediately checked out and went down the street to find another place. I've seen many reviews of people finding cockroaches and after staying here that does not shock me. Save your time and money and find somewhere else

On pictures looked fabulous. When we arrived I was a bit disappointed with condition in the apartment. Living room very nice but bathrooms and bedrooms need be updated. Very dirty carpets in bedrooms. In the kitchen missing some things-like cutting board, baking pan.
Washer and dryer on properly-I would like to have it in the apartment.
Beach beautiful but a lot of trash on the beach.
Terrible!!! The pictures are not how the rooms appear. The staff is not friendly

Don’t Be Fooled by the Cheap Price
While this was probably a great resort at one time, it is old and run down now. The elevators took forever and the staff nickel and dimed you for everything. Do not turn in your towel until you are sure you are done with it for the day! You will not get another one, even if you used it to cover yourself in the pouring rain, you will not get a clean, dry towel until the next day. The towel girl is extremely rude about it too. The room itself was alright. The tv in the living room is slightly larger than a computer monitor. The primary bedroom did not have a tv and there was a huge tv in the guest bedroom. Tried a little too hard to be modern and there were no furnishings that you would typically expect from a Vrbo listing. We never received any information about check in/check out procedures that one also typically receives prior to a Vrbo stay. The only bright spot was the valet that helped us unload and brought our bags up to the room. Of course the beach is amazing but if you have more than two people, either bring your own chairs or expect to pay extra for each additional chair. Not a big deal had we known. Should have been mentioned in the listing.
My family and I recently stayed at an ocean view condo in Miami for one night before our cruise. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The listing did not accurately represent the actual condition of the condo. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, with the couch even having springs that dug into our backs. The carpet in the bedrooms was dirty and stained, and many of the lampshades were rusted. The bathroom shower head had what appeared to be mold on it.
Overall, the condo was not well-maintained and did not meet our expectations at all. If given the chance, I would have preferred to sleep in my car rather than stay in such a dirty place. I regret not leaving this review sooner, as I was out of the country at the time. I strongly advise against booking this condo and urge others to beware of the misleading photos. I wish I could upload pictures to truly showcase the condition of the place.

Average stay
The price point is good and you get what you would expect in Miami Beach for that range. Note that there is very little in the kitchen to accommodate cooking and the resort isn’t going to provide it. It took 2 days just to get extra washcloths (they gave us 4 for 4 people for 4 days). If you’re planning on cooking you’re going to need to buy some paper plates, plastic cups and coffee cups, dish soap, etc. The view was great, the tiki bar on the resort was cool and the beach service was pretty good too.

I wish they updated/ did a good job painting walls and ceilings and changed very old doors. Hotel is 60 years old
Please add more kitchen items, no coffe filters, knife for cutting veggies, can opener doesnt work, dish soap so we could wash our dishes as we go, spray cleaner, etc.
Property is old and not maintained well. Kitchen did not have appliances, no facility for the infants, bathroom and atV were broken.

Long on space & view, Short on amenities
The good: The rental was huge with a beautiful view. Beds were very comfortable (pillow were terrible).
The bad/ugly, facility - We arrived after midnight to find that there wasn't so much as a vending machine in the entire hotel. We were told to call a delivery service if we wanted bottled water. Somewhere in the hotel there was supposed to be an ice machine - we never found it. We were required to use a service elevator when we had luggage - it was filthy and disgusting. The restaurant provided mostly sub-par food. We did find some tacos that we liked, but they changed daily - grilled chicken one day, shredded the next; condiments provided one day, not the next. And if you ordered food poolside, they delivered it without napkins or utensils. A poolside cocktail that's really pre-made mix with a splash of liquor on top will cost you $15-$18.
The unit - The room itself had been "remodeled" but they chose to paint over closet doors that must have been 50 years old. They didn't even do a good job of scraping the old paint off before repainting. This level of "remodel" was evident throughout the unit. I'd give it a D.
Although the unit was a corner, ocean-front unit with a large picture window, there was no balcony on this side of the unit. The balcony ran along the master bedroom which was on the side of the building with a view of the construction going on at the next building. It would have been nice to eat outside and view the ocean, but it was not to be. It also would have been nice just to relax outside and view the ocean.
Linens - we called for linens 3 times one day. They never came. When we approached housekeeping, they told us to call the front desk. We finally went to the front desk and asked. We were granted the 3 additional blankets, but not the 8 towels we asked for (4 women who each wanted 1 for their body and 1 for their hair). We were given 4 towels and told to come back the next day for more.
The kitchen was cut-off from the rest of the space, and it was the most poorly furnished kitchen in any unit we have EVER rented. We had to call for a skillet, sheet pan & pitcher (never received), among other items too numerous to list here. Ice maker did not work, but they did provide a couple of plastic ice cube trays. Really?
All in all, given the choice, I wouldn't stay here again.

Roaches roaming trough the bathroom, the entire building had no heating, although we were promised extra blankets, we were told later that they ran out. The guy giving out beach towels was rood.
Great weekend with golf buddies. Superb beach location, great views. Property could use some tlc, and the neighborhood is all large resorts and condos so no walking distance selection of restaurants or stores. Nicely equipped suite, spacious and comfortable. Would visit again!
The front desk guy was not helpful at all! No wash rags in our room and had to wait until the next day to get any. The restaurant wasn’t open and there wasn’t anywhere close to walk and get food.
They were pressure washing parts of the building and paint chips were everywhere and in the pool.
Will not stay there again!
This is our second stay at this particular property and it has been fantastic both times that we’ve been there love the place love the view love the pool love the beach everyone at the checkout desk is amazing very happy with our stay

Won’t come back
Upon check in I had a bad experience with Manuel, he was beyond rude, obnoxious and the farthest from a pleasant check in process. We arrived at 8am they didn’t allow us to check in, ok I get it it’s early. So we went to the beach, the beach attendant was also extremely rude!!! Finally it was 4pm check in time, of course now there was a line and when the lady that was helping us started speaking to us Manuel without being part of the conversation starts yelling at me- again beyond rude!!!! Unbelievable.
In terms of the place, they poorly attempted to make it hip but everything is old, cheap, the beds are terrible!
Don’t stay here- you’ll regret it!
