This is a floral and bird theme unit. This is a 2 level structure with a fully furnished galley kitchen, private queen suite, full bath and a sofa bed downstairs. The upper level is an open concept with 4 twin beds, bunk bed (extra long), day bed with trundle, and a full bath. Private entrance on the lower level with excess to a private balcony on the upper and lower patios. There is a pavilion for this unit located a short distance at the back of the Red Barn with a great nature view. It is equipped with a fire pit, grill and seating for guest to entertain in an outdoor setting. This unit will accommodate 12.

Men’s Retreat 22

Phylis was so helpful and the property is absolutely beautiful. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and we will be using this property again. No unanswered questions, and was made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Loved it. Great experience

Phyllis was great

Called her with a small issue, she was there within 10 minute to resolve the issue. She is a very kind and funny person! We would love to stay in her place again

Just What We Needed!

We were looking for a vacation rental that was quiet, private, and large enough to house our entire family. This house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! We had so much fun just being able to relax and hang out in the backyard and on the balcony. My children absolutely loved the Barn Unit and got a huge kick out of the outside shower! Phyllis was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic Experience

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She has everything you need for your stay in case you forget anything. We stayed for a long weekend with friends and family. We brought a pontoon boat and this location is just a couple minutes away from Eddy Creek Marina and about 12 minutes away from Prizer Pointe Marina. I highly recommend this location.

I am originally from Union County Kentucky and my husband from Philadelphia, where we built our retirement built our retirement home on Lake Barkley.

What makes this property unique

This Barn was built and designed by me in 2017. Everything is New. Not only is this the perfect place for vacationers, it is PERFECT for WEDDINGS, FAMILY REUNIONS and PARTIES! I can arrange catering and decorations for special events. Renting the entire Barn will will accommodate 25 for overnight stays. Private and Comfortable.
