Take a short 10 minute walk to Easton's Beach and return for a relaxing barbecue back on the decks, enjoying a gorgeous sunset and the magical view of the brilliantly lit Newport Bridge. For a nightcap, hop in the car for a 5 minute drive to downtown Newport. Recently remodeled, interior decorator-owned, charming, whimsical and fun home in a family neighborhood. Open floor plan in family room and dining room with views of the water. Living room with fireplace. Large flat-screen tv's in family and living rooms . Three bedrooms and finished lower floor with bedroom, living room and full bathroom can sleep four more. Three full bathrooms and outside, private hot/cold shower. Air conditioning units in all rooms. Can easily sleep 8. Perfect for families and couples. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a great backyard for children.

Perfect Vacation one

We can't say enough about Diane and Brian's hospitality, location of property, great home and location to beaches and Newport. We appreciated all the welcoming information and personal touches. The two patios had spectacular sunsets. It was perfect for our family and friend reunion. We hope to return.

Amazing view, awesome house, great hosts!

Everything is even better than it looks in the listing! There are awesome sky views from both decks. You can see lots of the ocean from the house, and especially from the top deck. The sun room is a wonderful place to sit and we spent a lot of time there. It's a great spot for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company. The yard is a nice size and they even have yard games in the shed. Ww grilled one evening and enjoyed to sunset views. The bedrooms are a nice size and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the beach is key. Driving is 4 minutes, and walking is 10 minutes. Diane and Brian even gave us beach chairs and beach towels!, Its just 15 minutes drive to all the restaurants, bars and cruises. The hosts are very welcoming, warm and full of excellent tips about Newport. We're so glad we found this place! We have very fond memories of our family vacation 💯

Great stay at Seas the Day

Great house. Great location. Great hosts. We have been to Newport several times before, this was our favorite place to stay by far. Easy walk to Easton Beach. Great view from roof dec. Clean and comfortable. Can't say enough good things.
