Our house, built in 2015, is directly inspired by Californian "Case studies": a living architecture of wood and glass, open to the outside. The large wooden terrace facing south thus prolongs the stay in the garden, in a famous residential area of the seaside town of Crozon-Morgat. The house includes a large living / dining room opening onto the terrace, a "children's" area with two bedrooms and a bathroom, a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen / utility room, two large separate WCs . The garden is closed and access to the house allows vehicles to be parked.
We decorated the interior in the style of these Californian beach residences, all the furniture and decorative items have been in place since early 2015 in this spirit of bright holidays.
This house thus intimately reflects our taste for contemporary architecture inspired by the successes of our elders for the use of noble materials.
It was designed for our holidays within this exceptional site, the shops are nearby (on foot) and the beaches and wild coastal paths too. This location makes it possible to get rid, if desired, of any motor vehicle.
