Cadre très agréable mais confort strict minimum.

Pas d aspirateur, pas de prise dans une des chambre avec un éclairage tellement mauvais qu on a dû acheter une lampe et une très longue rallonge... une seule prise dans le salon, pas de prise de terre... tout est branché sur cette prise et mon mari s est pris une châtaigne. Pas de canapé dans la pièce à vivre, une petite banquette pour deux. Super quand il pleut le soir... Par contre, propre, et très bien placée. Un grand jardin eT une belle terrasse.Très calme. La plage est accessible à pieds. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Gutes Feriendomizil mit einigen Schwächen. Upgrates notwendig

Schlüsselübergabe durch FONCIA Agentur top, freundlich und einfach. Wir waren wohl die ersten Besucher des Jahres, jedenfalls gab es reichlich muffige Luft beim Betreten des Hauses, inkl. einige Spinnen. Wir haben unsere Bettwäsche mitgebracht, die für französische Betten nicht kompatibel waren, zumindest für die Kopfkissenrolle kein Bezug vorhanden, also eigene Kopfkissen mitbringen. Das Haus war sonst sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Geschirr und Küchenequipment komplett, bis auf einen Teekessel für den Gasherd. Na ja ein Topf tuts auch. Man hatte bei dem zusammengewürfelten Haushalt, schon ein bisschen Gefühl von Camping. Waschmaschine war toll und neu. Fernseher schon als Flatscreen, Empfang tadellos. Die Möbel waren, wie der Rest des Haushalts, zusammen gewürfelt. Leider waren nur Besen zum Reinigen des Fliesenbodens vorhanden. Ein Staubsauger wäre hilfreicher. Gibt's aber nicht, da die Zahl der Steckdosen in den Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sehr beschränkt ist. Gartenmöbel aus Kunststoff, sehr solide, auch der große moderne Sonnenschirm war gut. Leider fehlten ein paar Liegestühle zum sonnen. Fazit: Plus: -einfache lieblose Einrichtung, ausreichend für den Urlaub (ein Besuch bei Ikea würde dem Haus gut tun), aber komplett. - Insektenschutz nicht notwendig, da keine Mücken, schlafen bei offenen Türen wunderbar. - Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück, sehr ruhig gelegen. - sehr gutes Infomanagement durch Agentur Minus: -nur Besen zur Reinigung, Staubsauger wäre schöner -zu wenig Steckdosen -keine Leselampen in den Schlafzimmer, sind ja nicht genug, oder keine Steckdosen da. Wir würden wiederkommen, da die Unterkunft preiswert ist, die Gegend und Strände wundervoll sind. Auf alle Fälle Fahrräder mitbringen oder mieten, lohnt sich bei den gut ausgebauten Fahrradstrecken.
