About Maggie Cabalar
Anthony and I fell in love with the natural beauty of Redding and decided it would be the perfect place to plant our family and raise our children. My passion for analyzing properties and helping others has led me into an amazing career in real estate. I love the Redding area and am passionate about helping people find the perfect home. My husband, Anthony, and I are members of Bethel Church here in Redding and are involved in various ministries and community activities. Feel free to ask us questions about the area!

We had a pleasant stay
We rented both front and back houses for our group, and over all had a pleasant stay. Everything is clean and well stocked. the kids enjoyed the pool and the apple tree. The only inconvenience is the single bathroom of the back house ( 3 bedrooms) for 6 people.
Nice place for families
Cute home with great patio and pool. Perfect for families with kids. Quiet established neighborhood close to shopping and activities.
Loved this property
Lovely home in lovely surroundings. Definitely would stay here again
The property is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Pool was a sweet break on a hot afternoon, wish we had more time to play!
Lovely, Comfortable and Easy Going
We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this well appointed home. The beds were quite comfortable, the decor was soothing, the coffee was appreciated, and the pool was a wonderful asset. Plus we got to see wild turkeys in the front yard - which, for Southern California urbanites is pretty exciting ;-). The home is located in a beautiful and eclectic neighborhood, but never more than 10 minutes from anything we wanted to visit in Redding. The host was responsive and kind and check in/out was simple. The property and pool are shared with a second house in the back, but they are plenty separated from one another and we had no concerns with sharing time in the pool. Each house has its own driveway so cars weren't a concern either. Overall, we would certainly stay here again. Oh, and, since it was a hot weekend, I'll note that the air conditioning and ceiling fans did a stellar job keeping us most comfortable.
Cool house in the summer heat near rivers, lakes and mountains
The house was exactly as described - two houses on one property with ample yard in between. We arrived on a 100 degree day and entered a well air-conditioned house with ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. House access was simple using a code we received that morning. Sharing the pool was not an issue; we simply took turns with our neighbors. The closets were stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels and a few games. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking gear and some condiments. We used the charcoal grill one evening. The beds/bedding were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and turkeys visited the front lawn. There was printed information on the entry table, including a local area hiking guide from which we chose hikes in Lassen Volcanic National Park, McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park, Whiskeytown Lake and of course across the Sundial Bridge. We would have enjoyed a longer stay in this house if we'd had more time.
