About this property

Beautiful, very clean, beachfront front two bedroom, two full bath condo, with spectacular views of the beach from the 7th floor. Just a football throw away from the beach. The property also has a large outdoor pool for those that don't like sand in their toes. Conveniently located to many restaurants, including the AShore outdoor bar and grill. A very comfortable stay for 4-5 occupants. During peak season, we are expecting to rent the unit on a Saturday-Saturday schedule. No hidden owner fees, although there is a car registration fee of $50, which is typical for ocean city condo properties. 24 hour security and comprehensive security camera system. Best value on the beach for an ocean front property.

Fantastic stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week, and it was hands-down one of our favorite places! The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very well stocked. And the location was amazing! Oceanfront view, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, even with two toddlers in tow. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved it!

This location was perfect for our family. Never any delays with elevator. Not crowded…felt very private. Condo was very nice, and provided everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions, too! Highly recommend!

I live close by in Selbyville, so Im able to address any issues quickly. I've invested in the unit regularly to make it as comfortable and up to date as possible. A few years ago, we installed waterproof hardwood in the living room dining room and kitchen and recently the same for the two bedrooms. The bathrooms were fully renovated several years ago, but still keep their new look and feel. We also upgraded the living room TV to be internet friendly. We also have a great management team at the Atlantis should any serious and/or urgent issues arise.

Why they chose this property

The views, location and comfort of this unit make it the best value in Ocean City. The unit is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We also have a fantastic cleaning service that keeps the unit in tip top condition. Each year, in the off season, all bedding, rugs, etc are thoroughly cleaned to provide maximum comfort to guests.
