1140 Summerwind Cottage has a wonderful beach style design. A spacious great room runs from the front to the back of the cottage and the elevation lets you enjoy the ocean breezes and the beautiful fairway views. This cottage has a large screened porch for swings and outdoor dining, a gas grill, an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, three flatscreen TVs, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and wireless internet so you can stay connected during your stay. An open-air outdoor shower is available (cold water only). It is within walking distance to all amenities, with fairway and wooded views.

This cottage includes a Seabrook Island amenity card with no additional fee! The fee is usually $30/day or $185 for the week, so this is a great added benefit of this property! The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated with them as well: such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the Amenity Card, as it is obtained directly through Seabrook, not Beachwalker.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
