About this property

In the Loire Valley (classified as a UNESCO world heritage site in 2000), a whole house adjoining our house but also completely independent for 4 people. Including:
a living room (television, WiFi), a dining room, an open kitchen, (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and washing machine), 2 bedrooms with 4 beds (joined together or independent ), possibility of an additional baby, bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks, wc. Adjoining parking but entrance, large terrace and independent garden. Bed sheets and towels included.
We are in the countryside but 2 km from the shops of Saint-Jean de Linières, 5 km from Bouchemaine and the mouth of the Maine and the Loire (for its hikes and boat trips) and 10 minutes from the city of 'Angers with its castle and its tapestries of the apocalypse, its cathedral, its museums and many other things still to discover in our beautiful region.

Très propre...

Logement confortable, bien équipé. Extérieur petit mais très agréable. Cependant, une climatisation serait bienvenue pour faire baisser la température dans les chambres pour la nuit.
