A beautiful break - just steps from the charming center of Larkspur

This iconic, historical home is one block off the main street of downtown Larkspur and is set back in a beautiful garden setting. The Victorian home has a traditional wrap around porch with a beautiful day bed to take in the garden for breakfast coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. There is also a table in the front garden with the backdrop of the fountain for outdoor dining during your stay.

This three bedroom, one bathroom home is decorated with an eye for design with found objects from travels abroad and bespoke furnishings and lighting fixtures. The home has a sense of harmony in and out. There are hardwood floors in the main areas and sisal flooring in two of the bedrooms. The house has original moldings and 10 foot ceilings.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with 4K TV. The room is light filled and has views of the front garden and fountain. There is a sitting room with 4KTV, small dining area and adjoining full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher. The second bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen TV and the third bedroom is a den/office with a full bed. The bathroom is large, tiled and features full bath and shower. The home has heating system and washer/dryer.

House is stocked with all linens, essential pantry items and welcome beverages and everything you need for morning coffee or tea.

There is a beautiful cat named Lucky that lives on the property.

The main house sits at the front of the property. Your rental includes the main house and the front porch and garden area. There is another structure on the property that sits toward the back of the property with two self-contained units, one 1 bedroom and one studio with garden, both units have their own baths. If you have a larger party you may inquire about renting these units in addition to the main house. Inquire with owner.

Cozy home in a perfect location

Great hideaway in the town itself. Comfy beds, beautiful outdoor space and amazing shower pressure. Host was responsive & friendly.

Just Keeps Getting Better!

Our second stay and I cannot stop raving about this perfect home - every and any amenity that you could possibly think you might need, delightfully comfortable beds, pillows and luxuriant bedding, towels and robes, beautifully furnished, kitchen that has everything you need to cook ANYTHING, all surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens! You will not want to leave!!

Perfect magical vacation

The property was fully stocked and one of the most beautiful Vrbo stays we have enjoyed. We had a fabulous time, the garden and the house were picture perfect for our wedding weekend and Allison was a wonderful host!
