Newly Remodeled 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath cottage in Waterside Village with community pool.
First floor family area includes well equipped kitchen, dining area and bar with seating for 10. Down Stairs half bath. Living room a 65" smart TV and help from Alexa.
2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms, two queen rooms with TVs and balconies, one facing the beach and one facing the canal. The middle bedroom has a full bed. Full size laundry is also on the second floor, along with 2 full bathrooms.
Third floor has a twin trundle and twin bunk beds, a Smart TV, games for the kids. Pack N Play, baby monitors, baby gate and stroller for the little one.
Pool and hot tub are a short walk down the boardwalk.

Mexico Beach is a beautiful clear water, white sand beach. Waterside Paradise is located within walking distance of Caribbean Coffee, Mango Marley's. And several local shops. The beautiful white sand beach is 100 yards directly across from the cottage. There are great ocean views from the front balcony and 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms.

Geologically, our beaches are quite rare. The sand found on the majority of the world’s beaches contains a mixture of approximately twenty different materials. The sugar-like white sand found in Mexico Beach, however, contains only one: evenly sized quartz crystals. This quartz sand originated millions of years ago in the Appalachian Mountain range. Because our area lacks the influence of silt-bearing rivers, our sand remains pure and white. This white quartz sand is highly reflective—which is the reason our beaches remain cool, even during the hottest summer months!

Whether you're angling for pompano, Spanish mackerel, grouper, or many other native species, the fishing in Mexico Beach is as good as it gets. Our marina and charters are up and running, ready for your next outing! Many charters offer the option of inshore or offshore trips and most include your gear and license.
