Best Beach House

This property exceeded the expectations of everyone in our group. Great for larger groups and especially for groups with kids. Plenty of space and a great layout. Every entertainment item you could hope for. Very short walkway from backyard to beach. Like new inside. The 360* views of the ocean and inlet were amazing.

Amazing House for Large Groups!

Views are incredible and even though we were there during the hurricane there was plenty to do. The manager/owner is very easy to work with and responsive. Plenty of space for large groups/multiple families. Only suggestion is more coffee cups and more hand towels in the bathrooms.

Great Spring Break Trip

This house is terrific. Our large group of adults and children never had a day where they were bored. The dock access was a big highlight, as a lot of the kids spent time fishing or taking one of the available boats out for a trip around the sound. Beach access is a plus, and for the chairs made transport to/from the beach easy. The house has plenty of space for multiple families to gather together or just be separate. The decks allowed us to open the sliding doors for some fresh air. The house was clean and it seemed like everything was laid out as it was in the photos. Sound does carry in the house (maybe an obvious note if you have several people staying), so bring a white-noise machine if you're a light sleeper.The kitchen had every device you could think of, and there is a lot of prep space for making group meals. There are two large tables that let you split up the kids/adults. One of the two ovens wasn't working, which created some difficulties during meals. The other amenities such as the basketball court, pickleball, golf and the pool provided a ton of fun for kids/adults. The inside temp control was very responsive. The THREE fire pits were great for being outside at night. Road between house and dock is safe/quiet.The pool and hot tub stayed warm at the set temps. You can only heat one at a time, so you'll need to set a schedule with the house/travelers in advance. A ton of pool deck space for lounging. The host was very responsive.

Luxury at your own private beach resort

This property sets a new standard for luxury at the beach. I never stayed someplace like this, that has literally everything you could need for an amazing private beach vacation, but with all the luxuries of a 5 star resort. It isn't just the private beach and intracoastal waterway access on both sides of the house, and the privacy on a gated road in the most exclusive part of one of the world's best beaches. But the house also has almost every beach activity you can think of, all available for you to use. They have kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, mini-golf, a giant chess set, and a hundred other things, to keep every member of your group entertained and having fun from the minute you arrive until you leave. And if you have a rainy day, the massive game room downstairs will give everybody plenty to do, too. Foosball, pool, ping pong, and everything else. They even have a karaoke machine! And of course, smart TVs in every room, along with the luxurious resort style bathrooms and finishes, and 2 full kitchens and laundry rooms. I've never seen a property like it. The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. Thank you so much to the owner for sharing your beautiful property with our family, and keeping it in such great shape. You created a rare gem there in OIB, and a perfect place for families and friends to come together and enjoy the beauty of one of the greatest beaches in the world. I hope and expect we will be back many times in the future.

The best of the best …you will have a top of the line furnished house very clean with fresh sheets on the beds and towels in the bathrooms when you arrive..you will also have fishing poles, bikes kayaks paddle boards and new beach chairs available for your use. I am in the furniture business so all of the mattresses and bedroom furniture are top of the line !!! This beach house has a unbelievable pool with hot tub hugh deck with brand new deck furniture , a basketball and shuffle board court, horseshoe pits pickleball ..just to name a few of the perks
