Apartment 45m2 + 10m2 terrace in a residential area with caretaker, swimming pool open from early June to 25 September and parking reserved for the residence.
It has 6 beds, 2 bedrooms with bed of 140 * 190 and cupboards, a sofa bed 2 places, shower room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. The apartment has a washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, barbecue and electric plancha, television.
Sea view and pool on one side and olive fields on the other.
It is located 800m from the beach and the center of Roses. (20 minutes walk max)
You will be 3/4 hour from the border of La Jonquera, 20 minutes from Figueres where you will find the DALI museum, 30 minutes from CADAQUES where you can see and visit the house of DALI and 1h30 from Barcelona through Girona.

Endroit sympa

Apparemment très spacieux idéal pour une famille l'endroit est comme l'indique entre mer Olivier et montagne jolie à voir belle emplacement... Le gardien est sympathique rien à redire je vous le conseille tout simplement.

Agréable séjour!

L’appartement est très agréable et l’accès à une piscine privée (propre, peu fréquentée mais profonde ) est très appréciable. Les locataires précédents avaient laissé l’appartement sale ( cheveux, douche non nettoyée, traces au sol ...) La machine à laver ne marche pas, ce qui est dommage ... mais la grande plancha est très pratique !
