About this property

Located just one block from the beach, it's the perfect little spot to recharge, refresh and rejuvenate your spirits between sandy days and Atlantic City nights!

Two bedrooms with a twin over full bunk bed, twin bed and a full bed can accommodate up to six guests. A 39" LED tv may be found in the living room for rainy days, and beach towels, chairs and beach tags (4 included) may be found in the living room for sunny, sandy afternoons!

The bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay as well as a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and glassware. Baking dishes and frying pans along with all essential kitchen gadgets are tucked away neatly. Also in the kitchen, a washer and dryer.

The apartment does not include any parking. The block that the house sits on is free. I always recommend heading south on Atlantic Avenue two blocks where free, un-timed parking is much more abundant, except on Thursday's from 7-8 AM due to street cleaning.

There is an outdoor shower for trips back from the beach!

Land of flies

The location of the space is ideal and communication with Katie was easy and reliable but that is only good things I can say There were somewhere between 30 to 50 flies in the property when we checked in I went out and bought fly swatters and killed the majority of them. The next day the flies were back Turns out the windows are not sealed because the window ac units Fighting off flies was not how I was planning on spending my weekend The place needs a good cleaning The windows were gross and areas that clearly have not been touch in a long time We probably would have given up on the first night if we were not in town for a friends birthday party

Great place close to the beach

This place had a great location near the beach and I appreciated the beach. I wasn't expecting it to be an English basement, so it was a little dark inside. It gave us what we needed to have a fun weekend
