Gather for a luxurious lakeside getaway with beautiful unobstructed views throughout our lakefront home. Nearly floor to ceiling windows with our 4 mile lake view makes this property a great catch. Perfect for families, groups, or a private retreat. The home offers six bedrooms: three king beds, two queen beds, and a twin trundle bed. Upstairs is a pullout queen sofa bed. A standard crib is also available.

Just bring your Food, Family and Friends, and we take care of the rest. From 2 coffee bars in both downstairs and upstairs kitchens, comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens and towels, plenty of indoor and outdoor games, water floats, and boat dock, we have it all to make your lake vacation unforgettable.

A large backyard offers plenty of shade with large mature trees perfect for running through sprinklers or relaxing in the hammock. Grill out, swim off of the dock, or bring/rent watercraft to experience all the lake has to offer. When the water level allows, you can even walk down the steps near the dock to build sand castles. In the fall, relax with friends on the patio while you take in the exquisite view, jump in leaves, and enjoy some yard games.

Don't forget to feed the ducks! We love our feathered friends. Several ducks frequently visit in the mornings and evenings. Keep an eye out for a crane our kids named Waldo Gooso. If you see him, be sure to snap a pick and use the hashtag #whereswaldogooso.

Lake life is all about making memories. We welcome our guests to check out our selection of games and puzzles, watch a movie on one of the two big screen TVs, or kick back on the patio.

A note about security and safety: we have outdoor security cameras to keep our home safe. We are a waterfront property - swimming is at your own risk and we strongly encourage use of life jackets.

Lake Perfect

This is a great house! Even with the lake low you can still boat and swim. The trees in the backyard give great shade to sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen has everything you will need and more! Plus there is plenty of space to store food. When we had an issue with wildlife Jonathan was fast to respond to my text. I would recommend this house!

AN AWESOME LAKE HOME!

WE had a blast! Great location, beautiful cove, lots of fireworks just to sit back and watch a 360 view. Also house was so well equipped and easy to cook in! We loved it and plan to come back! Definitely a 5*!!!!

Gorgeous lake front

The home was gorgeous, excellent floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. The lake views from the rooms gave those from out of state the perfect view of North Texas lake country. Having the small bait shop and a place to get a daily fishing license was good for those that enjoyed some solitude on the dock! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great Property

We had a great stay. The whole property was spotless and in great condition. The kitchen was VERY well equipped with pots and pans and utensils. There was even an ice maker that came in handy. The pantry had several items in it as well. All the bathrooms had a great selection of towels and toiletries. Since we were there over Christmas and it was cold out, so the only thing we missed out on is the fireplace. It didn't seem to be usable and there isn't an outdoor firepit either. We have had those in years past and are nice but won't keep us from booking again. All and all, great property perfect for a multigenerational group like us.

Why they chose this property

We searched for lakefront property at multiple lakes in the DFW area for over 2 years. As soon as we walked into this house, we knew it was the one! The previous owner had built it from the ground up, but had only finished the first level. The home already had character, beautiful finishes, a stunning 4 mile northern exposure view of Eagle Mountain Lake, dock with 2 slips and 2 jet ski lifts and enough space on the first level for my family (2 kids), my parents, and other siblings to use while we finished the second story.

The second story was framed out, but we were able to adjust the floor plan to add a second primary bedroom upstairs with windows overlooking the lake, and a 3rd upstairs bedroom (6th in the house) that is perfect for kids. We even managed to add a kitchenette upstairs, so when we bring friends there is more than enough space for everyone to stretch out, relax, and get some peace and quiet when needed! The location is perfect, you really feel like you're getting away from the city with the mature trees and wildlife in the area which was a primary selling point for us. We're located right next to the Anglers Club for all the fishermen out there, and Party Cove is due east on the water from our dock, about a 2 minute boat ride, which is a great spot for us to tie up, relax, and swim with friends and family. During major holidays, primarily 4th of July and NYE a lot of our neighbors near and across the lake put on stunning fireworks displays. With our panoramic views of the water, it's a great time to gather with friends on the porch and take in the show.

We are so happy to have this house, and glad we're able to share our slice of Eagle Mountain Lake with our guests.

What makes this property unique

We've tried to incorporate all of the nice touches we like to see when we are renting properties. From the lush towels, personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, mouthwash, lotion), standard coffee maker downstairs, Keurig upstairs, coffee and cream provided, a case of water with each rental, fully stocked if you need to run the dishwasher or use the laundry room, Tuft & Needle mattresses, bed sheets you want to use at your own house, an available propane grill, Apple TV with a Hulu+ subscription for live TV, Nintendo Switch, high speed WiFi, party games and puzzles, kids toys for the young ones, rolling crib if you have a little one, fully stocked cooking utensils, a refrigerator upstairs and downstairs, water floats, patio furniture and all the rest, we've tried to make it as simple for renters as possible. We say, "Bring your Food, Friends and Family," and hopefully we've taken care of the rest. It's a great spot to bring your own watercraft or rent from Eagle Mountain Marina, and renters are welcome to tie up to our dock.
