'Northern Falls' describes the true beauty of this comfortable, livable WATERFRONT vacation home. Updated with new bedroom decor and relaxed seating, this home openly invites its guests to enjoy their stay. The house has the newest StarLink Satelite WI-FI and a large SmartTV in the living room. The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen is inviting to large family dinners, or BBQ on the propane grill on the gravel back deck area with a dining table and chairs. We provide the linens, so no need to over pack. We follow COVID health measures. The cleaners sanitize the house with disinfectant between rentals.

We are a short ride to downtown Catskill or Saugerties. 25 minute drive to Woodstock or Hudson.

Our family holds many great memories at this wonderful home, and we invite you to come and create your own memories. 'Northern Falls is a family adventure waiting to happen.

Gorgeous property

We had fun exploring the property. My kids’ favorite was the small waterfall down from the studio. House was clean, new and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the nature of the area. Thank you!

Beautiful house with a real mountain feel

We were in Saugerties for the HITS horse show and had a lovely time in the cabin! The house was cozy, clean, and updated. We loved feeling like we were hidden on the mountain but were less then 15 minutes from the horse show. Wished we could have spent every morning drinking coffee by the water falls. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend staying here for whatever reason brings you to the area.

Great family getaway

We stayed for a long weekend. The cabin and property are beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed walking/hiking to the waterfalls which really gave the property a special feeling. Looking forward to returning in the future.
