Rustic villa with garden, sea view on the Portofino promontory, consisting of two floors plus basement.
Ground floor consisting of large living room with sofa area with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette and bathroom, first floor consisting of three bedrooms plus bathroom with shower.
In the basement, with separate entrance, we find the tavern with a wood oven and kitchen with washing machine.
Terrace in front of the entrance door with table and chairs for morning breakfast and equipped garden.

Very beautiful villa!! Everything worked out perfectly with the very nice landlord! Great location:)

We had a wonderful week in September in the house in Rovereto! With the help of the owner we could manage to find the villa easily. Everything was like the photos… and the view is just beautiful! The landlord is very nice & communication is fast and easy. The villa is very nice located and you can reach many sweet citys on the cost in under 20 min by car. There wasnt a thing missing in the house :) so i would defenitely recommend renting it!

Logement agréable, bien équipé, sur les hauteurs de Chiavari qui est une jolie ville bien italienne, avec jardin et terrasses. Convient pour 6 ou 7 personnes.

Schönes Haus schöne Gegend

Wir waren zufrieden und erholt. Man kann viel sehen und erleben. Im Winter ist es allerdings kalt im Haus.

Comfortable character house with beautiful views

Beautiful house in very scenic location, great for walks. Wonderful views from bedrooms, lounge and garden. Kitchen could be better equipped in terms of crockery. Short drive from town of Chiavari, unassuming but genuine and not distorted by tourism, lovely old town centre and pleasant beach promenade. Unfortunately the restaurant in the village is not very good, though the proprietors are friendly! Good restaurants in Chiavari and Zoagli. Can definitely recommend this place.
