Welcome to our incredible Villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This Manificent gem has 3 floors (w elevator), 4 bedrooms and 3 beautiful (180 degree )ocean view decks! Our Villa is beautifully decorated with Restoration Hardware throughout he villa and if you love Chandeliers this home is for you!
Spectacular Ocean views from all rooms in the Villa! Enjoy evenings relaxing by the fire pit drinking a glass of wine while watching the beautiful sunsets. We love pets . Pets are Welcome!

Great way to bring in the new year!

Our family spent 4 nights beginning New Year’s Eve. The house was awesome, views from the terrace were expansive, the location was amazing. Walk to Country Kitchen for breakfast burritos and Dukes for a great seaside meal. It also a great location for accessing the city while still enjoying Malibu. The homeowner was very responsive to any hiccups that occurred during our stay. We would definitely go back!

The perfect malibu stay

Amazing house! My family came into town for thanksgiving and we drank coffee on the balcony every morning to watch the sunset and walked down to the beach every single day. Mary replied very quickly to everything and helped with the questions and concerns so quickly. Cooking in that big kitchen was so fun with the family! Would love to come back again sometime! 10/10 experience.

Beautiful views!

Had a great stay here for my daughters wedding weekend! The house is as described and the view of the ocean is stunning! Made for great pictures before the event at Calamigos. Would definitely stay here again!!

Just short of the mark

Excellent location and views! We especially enjoyed our fireside evenings on the deck. Some amenities were disappointing, especially for such an expensive property. Specifically, the TV in the MBR and the microwave on the lower level didn’t work; there weren’t any pillowcases for the extra pillows found in the walk-in closets; toiletries were substandard; and the potted plants on the main deck were dead or dying. We had trouble with the front door access, until the manager explained that the manual latch must be kept disengaged by pressing the button on the side of the door. None of these things prevented us from enjoying our stay, but they detracted from the quality of the accommodations relative to the best VRBO properties at which we have stayed.

We are making a complaint

The pictures are not a fair reflection of the property. Which was tatty, unhygienic and overall unacceptable or the price paid. We found other accommodation as we were not willing to stay there!
